HEALTH MANAGEMENT CENTER

Consider an individual starting the HMR At Home Program at 200 pounds.  Based on the cumulative experience of our clients, this individual could be expected to lose about 24 pounds during the first 12 weeks.  During one year in the HMC Weight Management Program he/she could be expected to have lost an additional 8 pounds.  That’s a total weight loss of 32 pounds!

In fact, based on HMC internal data as of January 2006, 50% of HMC clients participating in the Weight Management Program weighed LESS than when they completed their initial weight loss! Of those who gained any weight, 60% were within 5 pounds of the weight they had originally lost!
